39 weeks and 6 days 1-2cm

I went for my sweep today, midwife said I'm 1-2cm and that my cervix is really soft. What does this mean? How long do you think it'll be until I'm in active labour?

It doesn't mean much of anything, I'm afraid.  Some women walk around 4cm and 100% effaced for weeks at a time. Sometimes a sweep can jump start things and sometimes it doesn't. Either way...you are close.
