3D ultrasound and question about baby dropping Please help!!

I went yesterday for my 3d u/s totally amazing.  I cried!!  I posted the pics, so if you get a chance check them out.
And my question is, how do you tell if your baby has dropped??  bc i really think she has.  I have to pee so much more now.  Everytime i stand up i have to go.  and i can eat a lot more now.  And as long as i am not sitting up i can breath normal.  But if i am sitting up and leaning forward at all it still feels the same.  My belly also appears to be lower.  And i cant sit with my legs crossed, or bend sideways with out it hurting.  Also i was wondering if that meant that i could go in to labor early, i am only 31 weeks and 1 day.  she is already head down and ready to come out.  What should i do??

Babies usually drop in the last month of pregnancy. They begin to settle lower in the pelvic region....head first.

The need to go alot is caused from the babies growth and the fact she is already head down.....she is putting pressure on your bladder.

Talk with your Dr. @ your next visit,he will be able to answer your questions and give you reassurance that everything is fine....He may or may not want to check you for dialation.

I understand you are somewhat nervous, being your first pregnancy. The best advice i can give you is......read,read,and read some more. That way you will be better prepared when the time does come for you to deliver your beautiful baby girl.

Just think in less than two months, you will be holding baby Chloe.

When i went in for my 3D/4D ultra sound at 28 weeks my little guy was already head down as well. They can still flip around but they are ok to be head down. I feel the same way, i have to pee 24/7, i feel so much pressure from his head being down. I cant bend down or anything like that because it kills me. If you are worried i would ask your Dr. Take care!!

alex has been head down since about 15 weeks....maybe even before....don't get me wrong, he'll flip around, but he loves the head down position....

i've had to go pee even more also, but i'm about 4 weeks ahead of you....if you're really concerned, your dr can check your cervix @ your next appt....they checked me last week, and i'm good....he's grinding on me, but it's not causing dialation.....

unless your dr is worried, you probably don't have a reason to be either....good luck!!!

did the doctor tell you everthing was ok? the baby can turn head first and stay like that for the rest of your pregnancy without you going into labor. ask your doctor how your cervix is doing because my son dropped early and i had him at 25wks!! he is 7 now but it was a long hard road
