3rd trimester nausea

I am not technically into my third trimester until next week, but the past week has been torture with nausea.  I feel just like I did in my first trimester!  I've read that sometimes it's possible for the nausea to return in the third trimester but has anyone else experienced it?  Does it last until delivery, or does it get any better before that?  I had a total of 11 weeks that I felt good, I am dreading the thought of going through to the end of this pregnancy feeling as sick as I did early on!

Oh boy..it's not sounding good!  I have spent a couple nights the last week on a blanket on the bathroom floor heaving all night.  I was hoping maybe I ate something that didn't agree, but the feeling is exactly like the morning sickness.  I have my glucose test tomorrow, and I am worried that I won't be able to keep it down.  I will have the chance to talk to the Dr. though about the nausea, and maybe get a refill of the Zofran.
I hope it eases up for you ladies!  I was so excited when I started to feel better!

Chantal...One of my fears is vomiting during labor.  The contractions are bad enough, but nausea and vomiting on top of it sounds absolutely horrible!

I was the same way. I had horrible morning sickness until 20 weeks and then by 30 weeks or so nausea returned. and it honestly didn't go away until I gave birth! I think it has to do with your insides being squished. I didn't throw up at the end, just had the nausea and horrible acid reflux. I was even nauseous while I was in labor. yucky
