4 weeks 4 days

Iam 4 weeks 4 days, according to the scan,& it measures 0.45cms
But my Menses period was since 7 weeks,
Report says Only Gestation sac seen and No yolk pole or fetal is visible,
HCG pregcolor shows positive with 2 lines.
But I am confused if am pregnant or not??

If you've had an ultrasound, and you're 4 weeks and 4 days, it's very early to actually see anything. If you've had positive tests, and been to the doctor and they tell you you're pregnant, than you are.

Congrats! Yes, you are pregnant, but it is too early to see anything on an ultrasound. Most of the time it is somewhere between 6-8 weeks before a heartbeat will be visible and around 5-6 weeks for yolk sac and fetal pole. Remember, these are only averages and you particular pregnancy could be different and see things at different times.
