4 weeks late and 4 neg hpt's

My cycle is very regular, I have never missed a period other than when I was pregnant.  Recently I went off my birth control pills b/c they were making me depressed.  I took no birth control for 1 month.  When my next cycle started I started a new pack of a different brand of birth control pills.  My next period was due on September 9 - it never came.  It has been almost 4 weeks and I will have missed 2 periods on October 7 (3 days from now).  I have weird twinges of pain in my abdomen and tender breasts.  No nausea.  I had nausea with all 3 of my previous pregnancies.  I took a hpt a few days after my missed period and one every week since.  All 4 were negative.  I called my doc requesting a blood test because I just feel something is off.  No results yet.  Could I still be pregnant?

It could be the new birth control you are on...i was on one and it completely stopped my period so my dr had to switch it...but if you would feel more comfortable i would def get a blood test to be 100% good luck hun

I was 4weeks late also an took multiple at home pregnancy test and they all came up negative.. Then we decided to take one more out of the blue an it came up positive & I went to the doctor days later and I was 5weeks pregnant, which is super early and most people don't find out til later weeks. Are you trying to get pregnant? Of so be patient and try another test in a week or two!
