Have you ever "felt the baby move" after the baby was actually born?

I did - and it's small uterine movements.  My guess is your uterus is expanding and you're feeling that.

I felt my babies really early in pregnancy too - I think some women just have more nerve endings and are aware earlier - but this is too early for the baby to actually be moving.

You may be further along. I'm pregnant with my 4th also & didn't feel anything until 12-13 weeks & very faint then. Baby can't even move around @ 5 weeks. It's just a blob. Also in the beginning you can be very gassy & that also feels like movement sometimes.

Your baby doesnt technically have formed arms and legs yet. You could be farther along
