I'm 26 weeks and still don't feel pregnant and I didn't start showing until around 20 weeks

You'll be fine my sister didn't start showing until the 6th month .. On your next doctors appointment ask to hear the baby's heartbeat with a Doppler it will make you feel a lot better I didn't feel pregnant until I first heard the heartbeat :)
