6 weeks and No yolk sac or fetal node on ultrasound?

I am a bit worried over this. Though ultrasound revealed a single gestation sac dimensions 14mmx8 but theres no yol sac or fetal node at 6th week.
My LMP was on July 2nd 2010. i am advised to take u/s after 2 weeks. If anybody has experienced the same with no yolk sac in 6th or 7th week??
pls help
