If you wake up at night be sure to eat something light that has protein and some sugars, like a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk or some ice cream or fruits or SOMETHING. Drink lots of water and make sure you keep your blood sugars up, you might have pregnancy diabetes (I forget the technical name).
Yeah were only four days apart! Lol thats awesome!! What all symptoms are you having? And I try to eat small snacks but it never works cuz im hungry like.twenty minutes later. But ive learned to not eat until im totally full, did that once and I felr like I was gonna blow up and felt sooooo sick it was awful.
You should just try to eat small snacks during the day even some fruit crackers anything healthy! Your blood sugar is probably low thats why you feel shaky..so just try to keep a snack with you at all times!
I felt the same way the first 12 weeks in time it'll get better.I still feel hungry all the time & those 6 small meals don't cut it. I try to graze on healthy snacks even though its hard.
i'm due November 14th :) so we're not that far apart :)
I hate the feeling sometimes because it sometimes makes me feel bloated depending on what I have eaten. I try an break my meals down like we are suppose to 6 mini meals plus 3 snacks but some days ill just snack on what ever it I seem to b craving if its n my casa.

omg i feel the exact same way and i'm 7w1d i can easy everything and still feel hungry lol but i don't think it'll change until our bundles of joy are born :) congrats to you, when are you due?
