63 days since LMP. what is going on.

My last period was on Sept 18. i have not seen it since. i have taken two pregnancy test since then and even had one taken at the doctors before he gave me birh control to regulate my AF. i have not taken the birth control yet because the side effects scare me. Anyway all three test were negative. My nipples however are still sore and i am haveing creamy CM. my cervix is not soft however. i do not know whats going on. i recieved a call from the doctors to come in on wednesday because my hormonal results came back. the office would not give me my results over the phone which makes me nervous. what could be wrong and is there still a chance that i could be pregnant, even though the doctor gave me a HPT test in the office and sent me home with Birth control. Please help. so confused.
