7 days late neg urine and blood test

I am a 33 year old mother of 3. I have never been late with my period. I am currently 7 days late as of todays date. I have had the normal pregnancy symptoms. I have taken about 6 home urine tests all neg. Then I had my primary care doctor do a blood test. Also negative. His nurse told me just be patient and my period will come. My cycle is every 29 days. My last period was September 16, 2010 and today is October 22, 2010 and still no signs of my period starting. I have been cramping a little. My questions are: Is there a chance that I may still be pregnant? How long should I wait to maybe take another urine test? How long should I wait for my period to come before I call my OBGYN if it doesn't come? I know that stress can be a factor of a late period but really I am not under any stress. I have not changed or stopped any meds. If anyone has any information that they can give me or pointers I would appreciate it so very much. I did forget to answer that my husband and I are trying for one more if it happens great if not then we are blessed with what we have!

Hello,
Periods can be late by 10 to 14 days.I will suggest you that you wait one more week before going for any further testing.Low iron levels can be a rason for missed periods .

As we get older,im 37 my periods went from good old 28 day clockwork to 36 days somtimes more or less.you may have ovulated later hun.which will make you late,a blood test would have confirmed if any pregnancy hormone, but if nothing in a week I would test agin.good luck.
