7 months pregnant

Hello, this is my first time on here, but I have a question and I don't know if anyone has experienced this severe headache while pregnant. I have had this pounding headache since last night and of course could not sleep because of it. I literally have to hold my head for at least 20 seconds because it feels like my head wants to explode. I took tylenol this morning and still nothing. I am feeling weak as if im catching a cold. Does this sound normal since ive never experienced this before. I also am having lots of pressure in the pelvic area. Someone tell me what they think.

You can get those little pots at Walmart. My brothers family swears by them.

Just try to lie down in a cool dark room. Drinking a lot of water can help. Have you ever heard of those little pots that you use to clear out your sinuses? I wish I could remember the name!!! Anyway, it looks like a little tea pot and you tip your head to one side, pour water into one nostril so it flushes out your sinuses (the water will come out the other nostril---it doesn't hurt). I've heard that that little thing is a miracle worker.

Okay, they are called Neti. It was seen on Oprah www2.oprah.com/health/oz/oz_20070426_350_106.jhtml

Headaches are common and more intense during pregnancy.
