7 weeks pregnant with vaginal bleeding?

im 7weeks 4days preg, went for my first u/s 2 days ago due to spotting, it showed everything fine and my baby had a heart beat..apart from my baby was only showing about 4mm and 5-6 weeks :/ i'm confused....... got home that night and started to have period like blood im scared and i've had previouse misscarages but didn't know how far i was, the bleeding hasn't stoped and i went to the a&e and they said they couldn't do anything which is a downer and i'm so upset it felt like some one ripped my heart out...

I jsut wanted to say i know what your going through with the worrying and stress. I am 7wks 4days also and i have heard 4times now i'm going to lose the baby my hcg's were low then dropped then went back up told thing were fine then had an u/s do to light spotting said everything was fine baby had a hb of 137, then i started bleeding like a period so after 2 days of that they did another u/s said the baby's hb was at only 30 and to low to the cervix and again i'm gonna lose it. I hate this its so stressful. But have hope hon miracles do happen. It was a miracle that my hcg numbers went back up after dropping. Good luck keep us posted

I just had the same thing and it was due to a subchorionic hemorrhage which is where the placenta has some issues attaching to the uterine wall. You can actually bleed like a period and everything be ok. I would call your Dr and ask them to do a repeat u/s and to look for a bleed in your uterus. It's reassuring that you did see a baby and hear a hb. I am pregnant with twins and one is measuring a week off and they said it's completely normal. Try not to worry, just keep your feet up and drink plenty of fluids until you can see your Dr.
