It could be soon, or in weeks as Joy said.

Have you had an amino to determine whether your babies lungs are ready since your baby is pre-term?

You can remain dilated for many weeks. You still have a month to go- don't try to speed up the process of getting your little one here. They NEED more time in your womb to develop and grow.

to speed up labour? Well walking can help, lol almost like galloping type walking. And well sex to get the baby in....sex to get the baby out. Apparantly a mans semen helps with bringing on contractions, it loosens something? i cant remember fully but thats what my doc told me.. other ways are.... nipple stimulation, castor oil, pinapple, acupuncture...raspberry leaf tea? spicy food too...there are a bunch of ways....but i would go with whatever makes you comfortable. good luck :) you'll be holding your baby in notime just be patient...lol i know easier said then done :)
