Yeh nd my drs have been upsetting me.. i see a different midwife every appt to the point wen i do get the same one i can tell they dnt remember me.. nd i thought about stayin wit them for pediatrics but i dnt want my son passd around like i was..

They can't make you have a c-section if its not medically necessary. Besides you have to sign papers to consent to the surgery anyway, so don't let them scare you because it can't be done without your consent. :)

I agree. A doctor shouldn't be so eager to cut you open when this is not what you want. From the sounds of it this doctor won't even give you the choice in the end because all in all you can do nothing about how big your baby gets. Even if you cut down on things you could still have a big baby. I would definitely go with the advice you have been given and look for another doctor for a second opinion at least before you wind up a victim of what people are calling birth rape. I read a story about it not too long ago, and it wasn't pretty. No one deserves to be treated that way.

Your weight gain has nothing to do with baby. Can you switch doctors? Yours sounds... Unstable.

C sections are not usually done by babies weight but by medical reasons. Not many doctors will let you have a c section without one. Sorry.

It totally depends on you. My daughter was a little over 9 lbs and my pelvis didn't widen for her, but my grandma had my 12 lb uncle vaginally.
