Well there is no real 'best' temperature. You take it every morning when you wake up and this is done before you move, get up or do anything. You also need to have a proper sleep schedule and sleep at least 5 hours before taking it. Because you have such far apart periods, you would do better to see a doctor for something to get proper periods. Two a year, even if they come at the same time, are NOT normal. A regular period comes between every 24-45 days. Not 100 days apart or more.

I don't know much about progyluton, but I do think you need to get on something. When you have a more regular cycle it will be much easier to determine ovulation using BBT and the like. Otherwise you could spend months tracking, get a spike for one day and miss it and then have to do it all over again. It's also possible you're not ovulating at all if you are getting so few periods. You might just be bleeding. I'd definitely speak to a doctor and if they say what you have is normal, see a different one.
