Abdominal pain in 30 weeks twin pregnancy

I am in 30 weeks with twin. I have lower & round abdominal mild pain but sometimes it was becoming sharp. Can any body let me and experience such pain in 30 weeks?

Thanks for comment. Last day I visited my doctor and  she gave me sugar and urine test but the test result is normal. However, my abdominal pain comes and goes randomly few hours after, is they still growing ?

if its still gowing on and considering your pregnant with twins I would get yourself along to your hospital and get checked out as you maybe going into preterm labour and if you are the quicker you get seen by someone they may have a good chance of stopping it
