Achey down below now stinging too

Hi,  am 30 weeks 3 days, feeling baby move lots and otherwise well. Baby is head down, for the past couple of weeks I've had an aching down below like a pressure ache, which I recall having with my last baby, this being my 4th baby I know things are more worn now, but today walking to school the Achey turned to stinging every now and again on one side down below. Im pretty sure it's not a urine infection am ok when going to the loo and drinking plenty, sat typing now it's stinging a little sometimes too. Any thoughts?

Its probably bub moving his/her head on your pelvic flood muscles, this can cause a stinging sensation or an electric shock sensation
