apple juice might not work as its acidic but definatley anything with ginger in it, yes and eating slower may help as well :)

It happen more at night too, which make sleeping even harder :(
I don't eat spicy foods anymore because of it. Maybe I eat too fast too? I will try the ginger and eating smaller portions/slower. Thanks ladies! It's unbearable!
I also have awful reflux and had it while pregnant as well. Zantac is a wonder at helping to control it, and it is pregnancy safe.
de stay away from spicy foods, also acidic and fatty foods, you can try ginger and eat small portions, so your not full then go back and have more later, give this a try and see how you go :)
