After Birth ?

A lil TMI but just wondering I had my baby a few days ago and the burning and pain down there is excruciating! I dont even want to go use the bathroom no more! it kills me to urniate i m hating it almost as bad as contractions! Is there anything I can do to help ease the pain? I know this is part of giving birth but it really hurts!!

Get a urine alkaliser from your pharmacy, they are for uti's but they help heaps with the burning after giving birth!

They say cool water but it feels so much better with warm/hot water .

So warm water is better?? i swore the hospital said cool water and that is NOT working at all but i can try the warm and see! i thought i couldnt do any kind of bath cus of the having a period thing but mines been light so maybe i can try that and see?

It happend to me too. What I did was used a squirt bottle and as I peed I squeezed the bottle and let the warm water hit my vaginal area tmi but it works wonders trust me (: . Try it

Have a shallow bath with a few drops of tea tree oil...a few times a day. you may have infection. hope not but good luck
