How long do you have bleeding for? And when does your period come back?

I never bleed after my csection. Period came back 2 no later.

Its just like normal, you bleed for 6 weeks after than your period will come once a month. If you use tampons dont. Even though you have had a c section there is a chance of blood clots and infections just like a vaginal birth. I hope this helps, and good luck with your little one!
