I tested, it was negative. But I still haven't started, and I have a very high amount of liquid. Which is highly unusual for me.
Well, it would be a pickle either way. I have to fly to go to "Bootcamp" for my business, Brown Bag Parties. I don't think I could get a refund for the ticket or plane ticket, but I would be so happy. But if it's negative, I guess that wouldn't change anything except my heartrate=) I'll get a kit tonight, I don't have the car right now><
Thanks
Well, if the result won't impact your decision to fly, then I guess it doesn't matter. But, if you are pregnant, I think that you are risking that you could miscarry. I am sorry you have failed so many tests. TTC is a difficult task. That is why it is such a miracle when everything goes perfectly. I
f I were in your position, I would test, because for me... the result would impact if I was going to fly or not. But, if the result won't impact your decision, then I can see why you won't test.
I can't. I've failed sooo many test, my heart just isn't up for another negative.
Have you taken a pregnancy test? If you are 4 days late, it should show an accurate result.
If I don't know if I'm pregnant, will I know if I miscarry instead of start my period? I'm 4 days late.
Not to scare you... but my doctor told me not to fly during the 1st trimester. There is an on going study right now that is suggesting that woman who fly during the 1st trimester are at a higher risk of miscarriage. If you have to fly, you should do it during your 2nd trimester. This is because of the sudden change in pressure and for the obvious reason that the air they blow in the cabin has less of an oxygen saturation than the air we breath down on the ground. Yes, the cabin is pressurized, but there are sudden drastic changes in the pressure still.
So, we had to cancel a trip we had planned to go from AZ to WA to see our friends get married. It was a bummer, but I would rather be safe than sorry.
I have had 2 miscarriages, one of which I miscarried at 15 weeks. I flew during that time and the baby died the next day. So, my OB and my other doctors have suggested that this might have been the cause, seeing as there was nothing genetically wrong with the baby. So, I say, don't go. But, the majority of people on here will disagree since it wasn't their doctor who told them this. Honestly, if you are worried, talk to your own doctor about it. Good luck!
i looked this exact thing up on the internet the other day because i am pregnant, and you are okay until the last 6-8 weeks, depending on what your doctor says.
You have nothing to worry about you can fly for the first two trimesters for sure and i "think" just the last 8 weeks you can't
