Alittle advice please?

Okay so I was on the implantion for 3 years and it was taken out in April. I had a period April 5 and it last till the 10th. I got the implantion out on the 20th. Then I started the birth control pill about a week or so after. Took every pill but no period. I didn't have a way too the pharmacy to pick up my new pack and when I got them my mom told me to wait until my period to start them. Well that's been about 3 weeks and still no period. So it's been about 2 months since my last period. Could I be pregnant? Or is my birth control messin with me? I've take home pregnancy test but they have all came back negative. Went to the hospital with back pain, and that test came back negative too & they told me I was having problems with a nerve in my back. That's been about a week and my back still hurts and my boobs are sore. I have cravings like macaroni salad and Oreos. And just normal pregnancy signs. Could I be pregnant? Me and my boyfriend have had unprotected sex. Or could it be a cyst or like I said my birth control messing with me?

I also had a little spotting about 3 weeks ago.
