Am I hurting my baby........

Sometimes I hold in my bowl movements because Im at work or school. It hurts me and makes me really uncomfortable. Can this also make my baby feel the same way? Please answer so I know if I need to stop doing this.

holding in your bowel movement can actully in the long run hurt your body because it will losen your muscles in your rectum cauising spontaneous bowel movement once it no longer can hold the movement so i would say use it whenevr yo need to. you dont want to have an accident in the middle of class.
stop holding it its natural go when you have too.

You should stop doing that. It's not good to hold in a bowl movement even if you aren't pregnant. Take the time to go to the bathroom, every one will understand - you're pregnant!

I don't think it's a good thing to do.....also not a good thing to push to hard during BM
