Am i Pregnant?? Please help!!

i got my period on the 17th of sep and then i had sex on the 20th of sep. On Friday my period stopped and again i had sex on the 26th of sep... But then on Saturday 29th of sep i started bleeding again.. But very light bleeding red. and has lasted up-to today.. Can this be implantation bleeding? Can i be pregnant??
Or can this be a miscarriage but i don't have any cramps or heavy bleeding?? Please help me!
