Anxiety and depression=/

Hi im 24 weeks and 4 days...i had anxiety before i got pregnant but now it seems like it just never goes away...its an all day thing and nothing.makes me happy anymore. I try to watch tv to take my mind off of it but i just cant get into the show. I have seriously tried everything and its like nothing helps. I havent taken anything for it and i dont want to because i dont want to affect my baby girl.): im just so over it. Its rlly scaring me and im just wondering if anyone else has felt this overwhelmed and is it guna go away ever?

I've been the same and am 15w+5d. Best thing i did was go to my doctor and talk to them about it, they were really supportive and have put me on sick leave and referred me for counselling again. I definitely advise speaking to your doctor about it as they will do everything they can to help you without dishing out medication (: hope you feel better soon x

I am in the same boat. To be honest it may seem like it will never get better but it does mine has been getting better it just takes time I try going for walks drives I eat things that are comforting watch movies that won't make me upset in anyeay or listen to music that makes me happy I call family or friends or I go on my cell and play on this app or fb or anything I used to be able to deal with it better before I was pregnant but now its even worse bc of all the hornones and new worries and stressors that pregnancy brings I don't take anything for it bc of the harm to my baby girl but do know this will pass and you WILL get through it I never thought I would and being honest I can bettet handle my anxiety now then ever before it actually taught me how to use different things and ways to get rid of it and I feel even more blessed:) goodluck I know you can do it think positive its hard work but not impossible
