Any TIPS on Pushing During Labor.!

anyone have good TIPS on pushing during labor?! with my first son they had to cut the skin, and pull him out cause i could only push him halfway

I meant didn't try to force it at all. Yeah just when you get there tell them you want to try other positions. I told then I wanted a squatting bar but my body for some reason went straight on my back I was so set on another position but nope that's not what my body did. But my birth was all natural so its easier to know when to push.

alright squatting sounds like it should be easier. i know they just had me lay there they didnt let me try anything else.

I had a birthing class today and they're big thing was pushing in a way that gravity can help the baby get out. Like squatting or bring on your hands and knees. Just not laying down.

I have no tips I just let my body take control I did try to force it at all. But I suggest try squatting for you. It shortens the birthing canal.

They told me to push like I was pooping. So I did! Lol.
