if you have a gym membership you can still use the eliptical and bike.. my OB said it was fine as long you dont over do it.

yeah I know how you feel before I got pregnant I used to run alot, do weights etc. Because I can only loose weight if I do the more 'vigorous' workouts. But since being 20 weeks pregnant and all..I feel like if I tried to run all my bits (tummy and sore boobs) would be jiggling everywhere. I tried doing some yoga dvds and class's but I felt like it was a lazy way to exercise..found myself staring jealously at people on the treadmill..lol So I'm just gonna do my walking everyday and if I turn into a blob well ..I can always exercise afterwards.

there are excercise groups specifically for pregnant women do a google for your area. and also i continued to do aerobics with both mine for quite a while before giving it a break. not much help with my second though i still gained a lot! your body is accustomed to that activity and it is safe to do it after becoming preggo, just not to begin working out after falling preggo. good luck to you!
