I am so thirsty it's driving me crazy! All the time if I go more than 10 minutes without drinking I feel like I haven't had water in 3 days. All night long I dream about drinking water. It's not like I don't get enough water I drink 8 to 16 oz an hour so why am I so thirsty????
This is a new one that I haven't had with my previous two children. Oh and I'm only 9 weeks.
I had that with this pregnancy...well more in the beginning than anything. I could just keep drinking water with lemon like there was no tomorrow! Now, I'm just about 24 weeks and I have to force it down. Today was a baaaaad day for me. (trying to make up for it now) haha I will be up all night running to the bathroom.
im 33w1d and all i do is drink. water, milk, tea, juice everything. im always thirsty n o matter how much i drink. its annoying yes, especially when you already pee every 5 seconds and we're just adding to it lol
u shuld drink that much water that u dont get thirsty. ur body is telling u need water. drink before ur body tells. keep a water bottle always nearby u. like in bedroom or work.in kitchen in fron of you. so when u see u can drink. in pregnancy like drink drink drink
You might not have swelling. But I would try to stick to water instead of the other drinks mentioned. I've been monitored my whole pregnancy for gestational diabeties and just now got it. I've been thirsty the whole time. Now that I have the GD, I can only drink water or the crystal light type of drinks. No juice, soda, milk, caffinated tea, and so on.
If you're thirsty, just keep drinking that water! I have been that way my whole pregnancy, but I am thirsty person to begin with.
