Also sit in a rocking chair and rock it can help bring the baby down.

personally, I would go back to hospital and  be very assertive refusing to leave until thoroughly checked out and dealt with in a way i felt happy with. i would not suffer at home with contractions every 5 minutes until next wednesday.

also your bub may be in the postierior position and thats why not much is happening you can try pelvic rocking  to encourage baby into an anterior position, try and stay up right as much as possible and when your sitting down tilt your pelvis forward as well

You can also try having sex, they say the semen can soften the cervix and that having an orgasim can speed things up.

I would recommend walking and moving as much as you can. You want the baby to move down and start your body into labor, some women will even say to do mini lunges or squats. Obviously dont do anything too intense but I would move as much as you can. also, stay hydrated, if you are dehydrated the contractions can get worse.

i went to the hospital and the doctor yesterday. they hospital sent me home, they was stupid as anything, told me i wasnt even thinnned out or anything but i could be in early labor so i went to my doctors and they said i was completely thinned out but not dialted in -1 station and dropped all the way and as for my contractions, no they havent slowwed down. all night ep bc every time i laid down or moved it caused me to have them then last night i got a little more sleep bc my doctor gave me some pain meds but no i dont think he will sweep me or anything. i go back wensday bc thats my due date i was just wondering how long this could last bc this pain hurts bad..

You've been checked? Did they go away when you were sleeping or at any time?
I remember having contractions for the 2 nights (only at night, when I should have been sleeping) before I really went into labour. Ask if they'll do a stretch and sweep or something if you are just a little dialated, it may help.
