Anyone who's had a laparoscopy please help need advice!!!

I had a laparoscopy in April and for the 2 months after my cycle was the same as per my laparoscopy every 28-30days.  However, since July my cycles have varied between 19 and 35 days is this normal?  for me it's not and it's getting frustrating as now i'm not even sure when i ovulate if i'm getting a cycle as early as 19 days since my last.

I've given up on getting pregnant on my own and am now waiting to hear when i'l be given IVF but i'm worrying that something else may be wrong now my cycles are all over the place, i usually get bad cramps when AF is due or arrived so far this month i've had nothing, i'm so fed up and not sure what to do :(

Thanks Tarajane i hope so to, I live in Scotland so we will be given the 3 attempts at IVF before i need to go private, the doc said i should conceive 1st attempt as it's only my tubes with the problem not my womb but it's a 3 year wait and i'm almost at my first year, feels like forever.  My sisters pregnant and i think this is why i'm a little more emotional these past few months i'm not jealous i'm really excited for her as she's as me to be the baby's godmother when she has it but i always ask when it will be my turn.

Again loads of luck during your pregnancy, keep me posted :)

Hiya hun, they refused us,because I had a 17 year old, from a previous relationship.even though my hubby had no kids.***** really.but we managed to concieve alone, eventually 17 years later.I had a blocked right tube, and decided to drink fertilitea, disgusting, but after being told ivf was our own option, then would give anything a go.I did concieve on that, had several losses, but now have a healthy 7 month old,and currently pregnant again.
NHS is crap it really is.I do know though that other countys other than devon, will offer 1-3 trys so I hope you dont live this way.
wish you the best of luck hun,I really do.glad they were able to remove the adhensions, thats a good thing.lets hope you get caught before needing IVF..

thanks tarajane, both tubes had adhesions which were removed, my right tube was twisted and also has some endometriosis my left tube is the better of the 2.  I'm sorry you were refused IVF did they give you any idea why?  i know if i keep gaining weight i'll be refused treatment but it's so hard trying to keep the weight off, another reason is if you already have a child the NHS normally won't fund which i think is ridiculous if you've had problems conceiving the first.

I just feel so tired and wish the doc's would hurry up and give me a date, thanks again :)
