Whether you are pregnant or not feeling dizzy to the point of almost blacking out is a problem and should be evaluated by a medical professional.

8hrs sleep a day is a little less than the recommended amount i think its 8-10hrs if your very active or a little stressed things like that you will sleep more, Being dizzy when standing this can just also happen if you stand up quick or can even be your blood pressure is a little low.
To be honest there could be a 10 different reasons if your concerned i would visit your GP that way if there is anything to be concerned about they can run tests.
