Anything to worry about?

Off and on for the past 2 weeks it has felt like some has been pulling on my cervix and in the upper part of vagina with tweezers. Not a ton a pain, but enough to get my attention when it does happen. Usually its when I'm sitting up in bed or in a chair.  Last time I was in to see my Dr. she said he was already facing down. ( @28weeks) However she also said he might do a couple flips around before he  stays in one spot. I add this in there cause I've been reading, and somethings I've read indicate that, the pain I feel is my cervix dilating. Right now I'm only 30weeks. I was sick for about 4 days, in that time my little man didn't move much. However he's been back to his regular bouncy, kicking, punching self for the past day or so. So, if he's doing his normal thing, its very min. (just annoying) pain, very few contractions(not sure they where actually contractions, cause it was only when I was sick). Then is this anything to worry about, and has anyone else had this kinda pain that could has any insights?

It can be normal to have those types of sensations, but it's also good to let your doctor know about your symptoms. Just in case they want you to come in and get checked out. It will give you more peace of mind to have your doctor's answer too.
Good luck!

It is normal. That's around the time it started with my baby 28-29 weeks or so. It's the baby's head pushing down, it does cause some dilation but if you're not thinning/effaced baby is fine. It's uncomfortable but I found walking and exercise ball at work helped. My daughter was born at 40+1. Hang in there!
