Are these contractions!?

I've posted this on another thing cause I really wanna know what's going on.
I'm 29 weeks, And since yesterday I've been having sharp pains/Cramps I guess you could say in my left and lower stomach. And also a
Sharp pain and pressure down there(vagina)
I'm good with water I've drank plenty today, and I've tried laying on my left side but I'm still hurting. This May sound dumb but are these contractions? And what do I do? I don't wanna go to the hospital unless I Absoutly have to.

Although you may not want to go to the hospital it is the only way to know for sure bc we're not doctors lol and all pregnancy and contractions are different you can try timing them and if there in a pattern u definitely wanna go bc you definitely don't want your baby to come this early it's always better to be safe than sorry I know from experience bc I have lost a baby at 34 weeks... goodluck I hope and pray all is ok for you and nd baby

About 3 weeks ago my dr told me I was having early contractions . So that's why I posted this, this is my first pregnancy that has made it this far.

Normally..contractions dont just happen on one side..u might have like a bladder infection or a  kidney infection...u should get checked out ...

I don't know if they're contractions or not but if you're in pain and feeling pressure call your on-call and see what they might suggest!
