Is anyone tracking their BBT? I'm trying to compare mine to other BBT charts I think I O'd 4 days ago but I had a dip today. So I don't know if I actually ovulated, or if my temp range is more than I thought it was...

During the luteal phase,most women get what is called a 2nd estrogen surge.nothing to concern yourself with,very common,I myself have them or did roughly around 3-4dpo.as long as your temp rises again tomorrow,dont concern yourself with it.in a few days,your chart will draw you a coverline.

and yes I saw your ovulation chart and feel that you already ovulated...today can be your 4 or 5 DPO

I just posted a comment on the 2WW post responding to your comment....I will just repeat in here....I too am charting BBT for a couple of months...you can have a look...today I am 5 DPO and had a temp dip just like you did....I googled about it and found out that there can be various reasons for the temp to dip in the lutheal phase and is not indicative of pregnancy....I previously was apprehensive about it being implantation dip but then I read that implantation doesn't occur until 6-7 days after ovulation....hope this info can be of some help to you...we both will see how our temperatures go in the following days....SSBD to you!
