Keril14 is right. But someone can only know for sure if they chart a whole cycle. This way you will know what is normal preovulation and post ovulation. Some people do have a dip on the day they ovulate. For me, it looks like that is what I do but I will know more once I am charting for a while. That temp shift is called a thermal shift and that is what FF goes by. But FF probably won't make a recommendation on ovulation for you until you start charting on the first day your period starts. That's probably why it hasn't said anything.

I believe to be considered elevated it has to be approx. .4 degrees higher then normal temps. And i believe that your temp can drop 1 day during implantation and rise again. Once you are pregnant i think your temp has to stay pretty high, but i haven't been temping all that long so i am not positive. Hope it was helpful.
