BBT questions???????

Okay i need some help here.  I have posted a few times about not yet Oing and i am now on CD42...i m/c and had a d&c on Nov 9.  I have already had one cyle since LMP but still waiting for the second.  My question is regarding charting your temp.  I have been doing this for about one one and i really don't know what i am suppose to see or be looking for.
What should your temps or chart look like if you ovulated, about to ovulate or if you are pregnant?  I am pretty sure i am having an anovulatory cycle, which sucks.  I would really love some help because i want to make sure i understand everything i am doing.  Thanks girls =)

first of all, i am glad you are charting.  it is a very smart thing to do.  everyones highs and lows are different.  my lows before ovulation were between 97.1-97.7.  the day after ovulation i would spike about 5 points up and then jump around between 97.8-98.8.  make sure you take your temp the very first thing in the morning...  and try to do it the same time every morning.  do it before you do anything else...don't speak, don't drink water, don't stand up, don't pee....  i would set my themometer on my alarm clock and take it first thing before anything else.  i enjoyed charting.  it was exciting and it really helped me learn my cycle and predict ovulation.  also, be sure to chart your cervical mucous.  i got a lot of info from a book called, "taking charge of your fertility."  it was recommended to me and i recommend it to everyone!  good luck to you!!!
