I read on fertility friend to take you temp every am when you wake. I work nights, so I take my temp at 5pm every day when I wake up. and it said as long as  you have been asleep 3 hours your temp should be accurate. do you think its best to keep doing this? b/c my temps were all over the chart this last month.

or I could take them at 7 am when I get home. but i've been up and working all night so I dont see how that could be accurate what do you guys suggest?

FF gives you advice with bbt and working nights....just go to bbt questions.  I would continue taking your temp when you wake and have slept for at least 3 hours.  good luck

Also I thought I started my period, and now i'm so lost
day 1 spotting temp 98.3
day 2 spotting w/ red and brown temp 97.3
day 3 brown spotting in the am temp 98.5

I thought I started my period b/c I started getting red  but then today my temp jumped back up, it wouldnt do that if it was my period would it?
