im not really sure if there is any positions that help, but i usualy did dogy style and that worked for me!

If you vote yes please describe the position in which you think the best chances of conception occur. I'm not asking for advice on a position to use, I'm just seeing what you think. Being that DH is 6'6'' and I'm 5'4'' there's a limit to the number we can use, sorry tmi, so I'm just seeing what you think for fun.

I conceived DS when I was on top.  This time, because we BD'd so much (every other day from April 30 to May 6), I don't really remember....

I don't really believe it makes a difference, but I did read that male on top is best, gives the sperm the best "head start" on their journey.

DH wants to be on top this time, I'm usually on top because it's easier with the height difference, and DH had shoulder surgery back in Oct and it still bothers him...but if he's willing to be on top, works for me! LOL

I conceived with the missionary position (DH was on top)

I don't think it matters, sperm shoots to the same spot regardless whta position you do, then becomes gooey like glue and sticks to your cervix or anywhere around there and then a few minutes later the sperm liquifies so, if you are on top, him on top, if you are on all 4r's or on the side, it doesn't matter much.

I've heard that man on top (missionary) is a good position as the sperm do not have to ''work too hard'' to get there (not going against gravity). If you notice, in that position, he can get really deep like that as well, therefore as close to the cervix as possible when ejaculating. I've even heard of the recommendation to put a pillow under your bum and lay for half-an-hour like that to increase your chances. Worth a try if your TTC I'd say!!

Oh, and I know that's the position we did that gave me my BPF !!! ;-)

I understand the whole size issue. I am not quite as short as you are but I am 5'8 and my hubby is about 6'4 and he is about 330lbs and I am no small fry so we usually do it doggy style with no luck. We had sex twice missionary and I conceived from one of those times. So I think it depends on the swimmies!

I didn't vote because my doc told me that even more importantly than position is how your husband ejaculates.   She told me that you should be aware of your cervix position and make sure that your husband is either not too deep or too shallow.   Oh my heck why does it have to be so complicated?!!!

I know, why is it so complicated...it's an egg and a sperm, tons of people get it right and don't even want to be pregnant so why is it that the people who do want to get pregnant have trouble?
