Oatmeal. Talk to a lactation consultant at the hospital they will tell you what and where you can buy it! :)
Hecker0873 wat pills are u talking bout nd wat kinds of food helps..I'm willing to try anything for my babies
Set an alarm for every 2-3 hrs to help remind u so ur body will produce more!!! The pills do work! I had to use them with my second child when she was 3 months cuz I was having a hard time keeping up and certain foods do too! Good luck!
I try to pump as much as possible due to the fact I have another infant to tend to at home nd wen I try to pump he never let's me so I'm able to pump wen he takes a nap or is drinking his bottle..they tell me to pump every 2-3 hrs but it's hard to remember wen their not here demanding it themselves
I guess it a mexican old wife tail but my mil made eat oatmeal and drink the abulitas hot chocolate and amazingly it did help me with getting more milk 2 come in cause all my girls ate alot! Idk hope it helps
the more you pump the more you will produce try pumping each breast 15-20 min and doing the other then taking a 10-15 min break and do it again, its a supply demand thing the more you pump the more you will produce.. but have the doctors said you aren't producing enough?? cause I was told they'd only need 5ml the first 72 hours and then 6 oz a day would suffice until 3 weeks
Pump, pump, pump. The more often you pump the more you will get. It is supply and demand with your milk. Good luck
Do they have a lactation consultsnt at the hospital you can talk to?
Mothers milk tea, by natures medicines is great, fenungreek pills I think you can get both at walmart or online.
There is a tea specifically labeled for increasing lactation. my friend just gave me some, im not sure how well it works but its worth a try. good luck, I really hope it helps.
Just keep trying. The more simulation the more lactation. Electric breast pumps work best.
