BV Infections

I have Bacterial Vaginosis and I am 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I heard it is common in pregnancy but how do doctors treat this infection while pregnant??

my drs actually decided not to treat mine with antibiotics bc they stood there its such a strong chance of it coming right back while pregnant but that it's nothing to worry about

I agree with KTowne. They will give you a course of antibiotics. For me I was given the pill. The dr will keep an eye on you. But honestly it is nothing to worry about as long as you finish your antibiotics.

You will get a course of antibiotics, vaginal, I've had it a few times both of my pregnancies, annoying but nothing to worry about! :)
