Back and hip pain??

I am 27weeks and I've had bad lower back pain since I had my first son in 2007. Now that my belly is getting bigger the pain has gotten worse. I tried the belly band which helps during the day but to uncomfortable to sleep in. Getting out of bed and being able to stand without falling is becoming a difficult task. I can stand but as soon as I shift my weight to one side (esp getting dressed) my hip gives out. During the night that same hip gives me problems. I did not have the hip pain with my first son so I have no idea what to do for it. When my hip does start to hurt it has a tingling feeling with it. if anyone has had this or knows what to do to help it I'd appreciate it.
