Basal body temperature
How many of you ladies get a drop in bbt when AF arrives? Do you get it days before or not until the day of?
Thats what i needed to know...thank you maam so much that helps...so if AF comes tomorrow like she is suppose to my temp should drop quiet a bit because its been staying at 98.7 and my cover line is about 97.8 or so
Sometimes it dropped quite a bit and sometimes not, but normally the day I started, my temp dropped below my cover line for sure.
Well in that case i guess i will wait and see what tomorrows temp is...does it drop a lot or just a little
I typically got mine the day before I would start but on occasion, I wouldn't get the drop until the morning I would start. But I never got a significant drop days before AF was due.
