Becoming upset during pregnancy?

I am currently 7.5 weeks pregnant, earlier today my fiance and I got into an arguement and of course being pregnant I became extremely irrational. Soon followed tears, and being very upset. It did not last very long, and I relaxed afterwards and feel fine, but I am very scared this will cause a miscarriage. I know getting upset during pregnancy is bad, but I am just so hormonal and can not help it! Can anyone share experiences? Should I be very concerned about my baby? It is worse for me because my last pregnancy ended at 5 weeks, and the day I miscarried I got upset hours prior. Any information would be great! Thanks

First of all congrats on your pregnancy! I agree with SunWorshiper_26, no amount of stress will cause a miscarriage. I have had 2 miscarriages, and just recently lost my 10 month old and I am pregnant again. I keep getting scared because I am stressed a lot and depressed, but I try my best to be as positive as possible. But so far, everything is fine. It's completely normal for your emotions to be all over the place during pregnancy. I find myself getting irritable over nothing at times, and then crying, and then happy all of a sudden! It's a part of pregnancy. Enjoy it and try not to stress about these things too much! congrats again!!

There is no set amount of stress that causes miscarriage. Stress is bad however everyone experiences stress and upset during pregnancy. We cant all just live in a bubble. People have loved ones die while they are pregnant and so obviously that's very upsetting but they still stay pregnant. So try not to freak out about it bc that's only going to add to your stress and upset ;) i know easier said than done. I've also experienced a miscarriage and I think it makes us ultra sensitive/protective because we don't want to experience that again. Honestly dont blame yourself I don't think getting upset had anything to do with your loss.

CONGRATS on your BFP!
