Bighted Ovum? Colposcopy? Help =( Please x

I had some blood last night, not much and lightened into spotting. I also passed a lump of cells (felt no pain at all over this time) Had a transvaginal ultrasound this morning and seen a sac at 6 weeks. I have a follow up scan on 1st November to see baby so by date of my last menstrual period i should be 7 weeks and 5 days by then. I was told it's too early to see baby yet. The baby was still in there so the clot was not baby. It's a perfect oval shape so I don't think it was it coming apart. I have cells outside my cervix and waiting for a colposcopy to have a better look. Could the clot have been this?

Can anyone share a similar experience? Much appreciated =( xoxo <3

I'm sorry you are going through all this stress... If you are going to have a miscarriage it your bleeding will prob increase.  mine did.  perhaps you had some kind of bleed outside the sac.  I have been reading a few posts about that lately.

I'm sorry as this may be TMI, but I hope it helps some who think may have had a miscarriage...
When I had a miscarriage last year I passed a few clots & a lot of blood.  The day after EXTREME cramping & contractions I passed the sac.  It was larger than my fist & looked ecactly like they do in the ultrasound pictures at 7-8 weeks.  I was supposed to be much further along than that, but things had stopped developing.

So, in my case it looked exactly like the pictures you can see at 7-8 weeks.  I have also heard of passing grey matter...
