Birth Control - is this normal?

Im 25 yrs old and am in my 2nd week on my 2nd month of birth control. Last month my period was very light and only lasted about 3 days. (which normally,before i was on birth control it lasted about 4-5days) Anyway, now, a week after my period, I've been having this brown slimey discharge.. and have been feeling very bloated. is this normal? Im freaking out. Im hearing I could be prego... and im really worried. please help

Birth control pills take approx three months to be most effective

yes this can be normal you have not been taking the meds that long so your body is still adjusting to the new hormones that you are putting into it this could last a few months if you want to put your mind at ease take a test but as long as you have been taking the pills like you are suppose to and have not been on any antibiotics since you started taking the birth control then the chances that you are pregnant are very slim
