Birth control after pregnancy
Looking for some recommendations on some good effective birth control after pregnancy that's safe while breastfeeding! I'm really not a fan of the pill... And looking for something long lasting and something that doesn't make you gain too much weight because I really need to lose weight after this pregnancy!
I plan on going back on the neuva ring my husband says its a force field! I never gained weight while using it and I'm pretty sure it's safe during breast feeding (I hafta make sure with my dr on Wednesday) I can't do the pill cause I forget to take it lol but this is awesome and it makes my periods easy!!
Its all different for everyone. You have to ask your doctor. I thought the only thing safe while breastfeeding is that 80% effective pill or no hormones iud.
