Birthing centers

Hi ladies I know this is a little soon being that I am not pregnant yet (doing second IUI in a few weeks) but does anyone know of a birthing center around St. Louis?  I live in illinois but i'm willing to go to either side of the river.  I looked online and the only ones I could find were hours away.  Any help would be appreciated I would really like to do a water birth but I don't want to do it at home (take to long to get to the hospital if something happened).   I have a long time to find one but any leads would be nice, thanks in advance.
