Black/brown discharge some red spotting

I'm in my 7th week and have been experiencing a brown discharge for the past 2 weeks. This week it turned to black. Monday around lunch when I used the restroom and wiped there was a little red blood. I wiped again but there was none. I haven't had anymore red until tonight when I wiped. Should I be concerned? I have had 2 ultrasounds. The first one at 6 weeks and then again last friday. I saw and heard the heart beat then. My Dr. said everything seemed like a normal healthy early pregnancy. He also said my cervix seems sensitive and bled when he did my pap smear. I haven't had sex becuase he told me not to. I am worried!

Hun you might want to check with your doctor because if you were having bad cramping then I would say possibly about to miscarry but since no cramping I dont know. contact your doctor.
