Bladder infection

Sound stupid but what does a bladder infection feel like in pregnancy doc said there is a bug in my urine so I'm on antibiotics it don't sting/ hurt when I pee no side pains but my lower belly has been killing me for ages but I am in soo  much pain from other things I can't tell which is which :/

I've had frequent bladder infections throughout this whole pregnancy , idk why it keeps coming back .  It feels like a constant push on my bladder it's very uncomfortable . To me it was a mild pain , but not really pain ! Almost felt like my baby was always trying to come out . Like a constant urge to pee but your bladder be empty ! Hope this answer helped

Lol I had the lower pain and it worsen when I would pee. No stinging or frequent peeing for me either. I think it could be different for everyone.
